| July 18, 2003 | Rhonda Foster, R.N. is invited by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health to become a member of the Risk Factor Detection and Control Group of the newly-established Pennsylvania Cardiovascular Health Consortium in order to develop the first-ever stakeholder-driven statewide Cardiovascular Health Plan for Pennsylvania.
Purpose: To disseminate clear, concise, and comprehensive messages to health professionals and the public, preferably via existing, accessible, culturally relevant communication infrastructures in an effort to engage all Pennsylvanians in risk factor awareness and control initiatives.
